The doctor cut into the patient on the table. Several others in masks were watching him.
Blood sprayed out of the incision. He'd gone too deep.
Attempts to stop the bleeding seemed to be futile and the blood continued to spray across the operating theatre. The others stared at him. He'd made a very costly mistake
The doctor stepped back, scalpel in his hand. He waved it around in front of himself and backed towards the door.
