The first beer was cracked open and he downed the lot in one go.
The second didn't last much longer.
Cans number three and four were consumed a little more leisurely, each taking ten minutes.
The fifth took fifteen minutes and the final one was drained in under a minute, having caught his second wind.
He burped and went back to the shop for more.
