The car alarm was going off again.
She grabbed the keys from the table and went outside.
It wasn't her alarm, it was the neighbour's car.
She walked back up the driveway. Another car alarm began to sound, And another. And another.
She turned back around and walked towards the road. Every single car in the street was emitting an annoying sound and had flashing indicators and headlights.
Her own car sat silently.
There was a low humming noise in the distance which grew louder.
And then it appeared in the sky.
